I'm using Unity 2019.4.38f1 LTS and I attempted to open a project yesterday, but the project would start to open, get stuck and then Unity was just unresponsive. So I tried various things in attempt to resolve the issue:
-Rebooted my computer
-deleted the project and tried re-downloading it (this is where it would then get stuck at the same point upon opening unity, but would also show the "caculating" message/progress bar, but never goes anywhere, and I have to ctrl-alt-delete as unity is totally unresponsive)
-uninstalled unity 2019.4.38f1 and re-downloaded it
-tried opening plastic scm to somehow work-around-download the project but couldn't get it to work and also was giving me an issue where I couldn't sign into my account from my unity ID
I'm directly wired to my modem, so I don't think it's network related, but I have no clue.
I need to edit some things in this project for my publisher, so I really hope someone can help. Thanks in advance!
